Great Weekend....

This weekend was a great one. It started off Friday night with dinner at Rancho Grande ( my favorite) with Jackie, my SIL- I love that place so much... Then Saturday was spent celebrating A very dear friend/familys little girls 2nd birthday! Happy Birthday Annabella. Thanks Chandra for having us over, we enjoyed everything. Love you guys. And to top off the weekend today we got up and went to Jackies house for breakfast...Yummy and then she decided she wanted to watch Talan so Mommy and Daddy could have a movie date. We went and saw Due Date and it was funny and I think the both of us enjoyed the pickles and popcorn. Much needed date and well spent. Now Daddy is off to the store to get some stuff to make Gumbo...Hmmm Since I am a very picky eater, I shall see how "this dinner" turns out.  Now as I am trying to type...My little Talanator is sticking his feet in my face, trying to get my attention. Guess I better go....

LOVE LOVE and MORE LOVE

So this weekend, I kept my neice, Hailey and Daddy O went to the deerlease. So it was just Talan, Hailey and myself Saturday night. We played and ordered pizza and had fun. As bedtime approached, I found myself snuggled up to my lil Talanator (missing Daddy O of course) I couldn't help but to think about how much I love this lil guy...TALAN. I mean I never thought I could ever love something so small sooooo much. The love is almost over powering and unimaginable. But it's true, such a true love I have for him. I often think if I will always feel that way even when he is 16 and I believe I will. His smile and his eyesjust light up my world. I am so blessed that Oscar and I made the decision to have a baby bc he is TRULY MY LOVE! I LOVE OSCAR too but Its such a different kind of love it doesnt even compare. Anyhow, I am sure all mothers feel this way about their little ones but I just wanted to share my LOVE for MINE. Hope you all had a great weekend and Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!!!

Halloween...

This was Talans 2nd Halloween and he was a LION.  He wasn't too fond of the costume but we made it work. We went over to my moms house and went around her neighborhood with his cousin, Hailey. He wasn't scared at all. He loved his candy!! 

Mommy and Daddy went to a Halloween Party the night before and was lots of fun. It was nice to have some US time. But we sure missed Talan!! Mommy was a semi version of Dorothy (minus the hair and basket) And Daddy was a Blonde (HOT) athlete! It was FuNNY!
