I can't believe I just said that...

Today at work I had this patient who came in and has been in for the last 3 weeks... Every time she comes in she makes it a point to remind me that she is not used to being "THIS HEAVY" she has gained soooo much weight and so forth. Well, today she reminded me as she sat down in the chair and the whole Unit shook-and I said, "Oh well you carry it well." Hahaha Did I really say that? Why Yes I did...I couldn't believe it but then laughed like crazy as I walked into the Lounge to tell whoever I could. WOW! I wonder if she was cussing me in her head or if she even got it. Anywho- I am looking forward to tomorrows work day- I only have one patient and then  I will be home with my boys all next week. YIPEE!!!

Lost & Found-

When I got home today, Talans pacifer was missing in action. We have went through so many pacifiers and this time I refuse to buy anymore. I have come to the conclusion that it was just time to go pacifierless... So Talans nap time didn't go so well without it but he fially knocked out for about an hour or so.  Now I remind you, today was a half day so I made it home about 1. It is now 7:30pm and he has done great with some whinning up to now.  Yes it is still LOST until...dun dun dun....Daddy FOUND it. Darn it, I was really going to be strong with this. Darn it Daddy!!! And then another find....dun dun dun....Talans molar is coming in! Whew- I am glad I am not attempting this paciferless thing now! I promise I will do this after Christmas! Any suggestions??

Before I go- I need more help.  When I clean my house it always smells so good, but it only last for a little bit and then when I go somewhere and come back- No smell. I need something that will smell all day everyday. I am obsessed with candles but they aren't cutting it for me. I don't know what else to use because I dont want to start wasting money on things that wont work or do the trick for me.  So any ideas will help. Thanks.

Great Weekend....

This weekend was a great one. It started off Friday night with dinner at Rancho Grande ( my favorite) with Jackie, my SIL- I love that place so much... Then Saturday was spent celebrating A very dear friend/familys little girls 2nd birthday! Happy Birthday Annabella. Thanks Chandra for having us over, we enjoyed everything. Love you guys. And to top off the weekend today we got up and went to Jackies house for breakfast...Yummy and then she decided she wanted to watch Talan so Mommy and Daddy could have a movie date. We went and saw Due Date and it was funny and I think the both of us enjoyed the pickles and popcorn. Much needed date and well spent. Now Daddy is off to the store to get some stuff to make Gumbo...Hmmm Since I am a very picky eater, I shall see how "this dinner" turns out.  Now as I am trying to type...My little Talanator is sticking his feet in my face, trying to get my attention. Guess I better go....
