Baked..

So I began wondering what dessert I was going to make for Thanksgiving and asked Oscar to pick something for me to bake- from scratch, so he searched for a or shall I say two recipes. First one was Chewy Chocolate M&M bars and the other one was Banana Fudge Cookies.  So I loaded up with a LIST of ingredients I needed and headed to the grocery store. Only taking me 30 mins to find everything I needed, I started to get confident about this baking thing I was about to take on.  I get home and clear the counter and pull out the mixing bowls and measuring cups...I was ready!  I took on the Chewy Chocolate M&M bars first and they turned out pretty yummy!  Second, I started the Banana Fudge Cookies- They turned out not too bad for a trial run....  Needless to say for the first time that I actually baked something from scratch by myself, I was pretty proud of myself and I will be taking on more baking soon!!!
